Bubble gum. Candyfloss. Flamingos. There’s just something about pink that shouts fun. So naturally we had to include it as an option in our Sasha range. Aside from the colour, it’s pretty much business as usual. The curved backrest and arms are covered in plush velvet, the wooden legs are made from a dark birch. While an equally smile-inducing matching footstool is also available.
The cotton velvet can be vacuumed cleaned and softly brushed. We do not recommend the use of abrasive cleaners.
Please note that Sasha has a crumb filling in her cushion to make her extra squidgy. This can mean that the cushion surface may not always appear completely flat.Choices, choices: Midnight Blue, Olive Green, Pink, Orange, Grey, Black
If you change your mind about your purchase or if you simply decide you don't like it, you can return the product to us unused and in it's original condition and packaging for a full refund (less delivery charges) for up to 14 days after the date you receive the item. The item must arrive with us in the described condition before your refund will be processed. Return postage will be at your own cost. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the item is damaged or is faulty when it arrives with you.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the item is damaged when it arrives with us, you will not be eligible for a refund. Therefore when returning an unwanted item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery with a description of the issue and ideally some photos and we will assess your case. If Honora customer service agree that you are eligible for a refund (including delivery charges) or replacement, this will be arranged with you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any refunds granted will be credit applied to the original method of payment within 14 days of approval.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a (approved) refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund appears on your statement.
